Kampala, Uganda | PHILLIP CORRY | Mvara Secondary School and Kigezi High School could be the “Dark Horses” tomorrow as the first leg of the Hima Cement-sponsored Clash of Titans tees off at Uganda Golf Club.
Twenty-one alumni schools have entered this fast-growing tournament that pits various leading Ugandan schools.
“We are looking closely at Smack and Ntare, but there are a couple of dark horses this year, such as Mvara and Kigezi,” Milton Edimu, one of the organisers stated.
Hima Cement are the main sponsors of the event with Jubilee Insurance, I&M Bank, Kenya 🇰🇪 Airways, Johnnie Walker, Aquafina, MTN Momo, Farmers Choice
Proceeds from the tournament will be channelled to the development of golf in schools.
