VIDEO: Police put up trial of their own over Besigye supporters beating

NBS TV: Following the orders by the police chief Gen Kale Kayihura to investigate the police officers that beat up Besigye supporters last week, a disciplinary court was set up and started hearing the case that saw 6 of its officers appear before it.

However, many questions have been raised about this court, ranging from when it was formed, what it handles exactly and how far this court can go. Our reporter Sheila Tusiime Mugisha explores the dynamics of this court.
