VIDEO: Police in Masaka have re- arrested the embattled pastor William Muwanguzi commonly known as pastor Kiwede who escaped out of prison at Mutukula-Rakai district in October last year and found his way to Zimbabwe. He was first detained in Zimbabwe and extradited back to Uganda.
Maxwell Ogwal, the Masaka Sub- region Police Commander has confirmed the arrest of Pastor Kiwede who now faces fresh charges.
