VIDEO: Makerere University Academic Staff Association (MUASA) has heaped blame for over 500 students missing out on next week’s graduation on the university administration that manages the examination process and stores student examination data. The lecturers told NBS that the university has an outdated ICT system that could have led to loss of students’ results in the run up to graduation week.
