VIDEO: KCCA Withdraws Enforcement Officers from Streets
Kampala, Uganda | NBS TV | The Kampala Capital City Authority has withdrawn its enforcement officers off Kampala’s streets in response to the increasing public hostility against the men and women in yellow uniforms.
Jennifer Musisi told legislators earlier yesterday that Kampala’s streets had become so hostile to the officers especially following last week’s drowning of a vendor in the Nakivubo channel as she escaped arrest.
