VIDEO: Kato Lubwama gets relief in election petition

VIDEO: Uganda’s Court of Appeal has stayed all proceedings in the Kato Lubwama election petition before the high court. Kato Lubwama petitioned the court  challenging High Court Judge Margaret Ouma Oguri’s decision to allow Habib Buwembo, a voter in Rubaga South a go head to file an election petition challenging his academic papers after the 30 days stipulated in the constitution.
