VIDEO: Police have arrested the driver in the patrol car who allegedly knocked a Besigye supporter. Police constable Benon Matsiko attached to Kira Road police station was paraded before the media by the newly appointed police publicist Andrew Felix Kaweesa. Police say the arrest has brought to end weeks of thorough investigations they have been carrying out to identify the culprit.
