I only tell necessary lies for instance when I have to stand in for somebody then I will lie.

A corrupt person. I hate corruption because it doesn’t affect the rich but it affects the poorest person who needs to be supported.

Men should be strong, courageous and determined but I don’t like excessive courage for it leads them to excessive violations.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?

I use the word victim so much because of my activism.

My father.  He would put us on his shoulders whenever our legs got swollen from running. At times his shoulders got bruised because this happened for many years.

I to date regret agreeing to leave my brother behind when travelling from the camp to Lira town. We decided that we don’t move together so that just in case one falls in an ambush, the other survives. I left him behind and that was the last time I saw him. It was December 9, 2003. Maybe he would have survived if we travelled together.
