Erias Lukwago has finally been sworn-in as Lord Mayor of Kampala.
Lukwago had a torrid term of office previously during which he clashed with the KCCA executive director Jeniffer Musisi, eventually leading to his being locked out of his office till his term ended.
He then gave a fiery speech after being sworn in
