VIDEO: Police suspects that an officer who killed his wife before shooting himself dead at Nsambya barracks in Kampala could have planned his death. This follows the discovery of a handwritten will just days before Thursday’s incident. It is reported that the police constable signed for a gun, returned to his house and shot his wife and later himself.
