VIDEO: Bugema University in Luweero is set to start offering PhDs to allow more Ugandans get higher education. This was revealed by the University Vice Chancellor Prof. Patrick Manu who was presiding over the graduation of over 1300 students including a 72 year old lady. The Vice Chancellor asked students who graduated with masters to return and do their PhDs in the same university.
