NBS: UPDF troops Wednesday entered South Sudan to evacuate Ugandans there in the aftermath of severe fighting between warring factions of President Salva Kiir and his vice Riek Machar.
Though Kiir ordered a cease fire and Machar retreated from the capital Juba, unrest still remains with reports of over 200 dead, including seven Ugandans.
