NBS: The Uganda National roads Authority this morning demolished a number of buildings and stalls along the bypass to pave way for the construction extension of the Kampala Northern Bypass. There were exchanges in some areas especially at Kalerwe with users of the land claiming that they were not notified of the eviction while UNRA insists owners were compensated and notices to vacate given.
