Vivo Energy has entered into a partnership with several service providers including restaurants and banks to allow motorists have access to banking services, mobile money services, super markets and food courts.

Vivo Energy group CEO Christian Chammas says Vivo Energy is making a deliberate effort to listen to its customers and offer services that are suited to their needs.

“Our aim is to provide an exceptional retail experience at each of our sites, reaching more people with better products and services wherever we do business. We are investing significantly to make this ambition a reality,” he said.

Vivo Energy Uganda, Managing Director Hans Paulsen, said the economy is growing, the demand is growing, new suburbs and roads are opening up; and that obviously means that the company needs to provide for changing motorist needs.

Shell Uganda has more than 120 service stations.
