Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Fuel marketer, Total Uganda, has appointed Obi Imemba as the company’s managing director replacing Florentin de Loppinot.
Loppinot, who had worked for the company in the past three years, left last month citing need to reunite with his family in France.
Imemba has worked with the Total Group for over 16 years, serving in several leadership positions.
Prior to joining Total Uganda, he worked as the Field Operations Manager in Total E&P Netherlands, Offshore Installations Manager, Production Manager; and several other roles in different countries including France, South Korea and Nigeria.
