• Movement of troops and equipment is mostly done during nighttime, and deployments are not permanent. There is a lot of troop movements, for example, Ugandan dissidents (about 200), who recently completed a 5-months training, were dressed in RPA camouflage, armed with SMGs, AGL, Hand Grenades, G.2s, and with radio equipment. They were carried in Fuso lorries for deployment.

Other 200 Ugandan enemies, who were not all armed and in a mixed up dressing (army and civilian) were shifted from NYANZALE e to Kikuku, towards the forests of WALIKALE in BWITO collective.

800 other fighters (mixed with HUTUs mainly) were - transported from TONGO to NYANZALE location.

Then about 150 Ugandan enemies, including ADF, were made to move on foot from TONGO, through BAMBOO, dodged KIBIRIZI and camped at KABATI and KATONGA, where KABANDA stays. RPA FMD, including 02 pieces of 37-mm MC, 03 120-mm mortars, 14.S-mm MC guns and a katyusha weapons were transported to this place.

In all the areas vacated by UPDF, like KIHITO, KISHARO up to ISHASHA and KYESHERO, RPA has deployed their Intelligence staffs, Field Engineering staffs and disguised LDUs, with radio equipment.

A network was formed at MANGA’s place (their common meeting place) in GOMA. Among the network reported to be GERALD ODAGA and deployed to KIDNAP, ABDUCT, INTERCEPT or KILL any Ugandan suspected Intelligence Staff or Agent. The zonal 10 called MUMBERE PALUKU, A MUNANDE, chaired the meeting. These operatives come into Uganda’s territory especially at ISHASHA, NYAMITEMBE, NYARUSHANJ E, BUGARAMA, NYAMWISI, KIHOROBO and NYAMIRIMA, where they conduct search for the Ugandan security operatives.
