Sam Kutesa's criminal actions must be prosecuted and tried.

Sam Kutesa- Minister of Foreign Affairs is not ethically O.K. He has pending criminal prosecutions and a court trial arising from a major corruption of using his public office and private company ENHAS to fraudulently privatise to himself Uganda Airlines’ most profitable business enterprise of passenger and cargo handling at Entebbe Airport. In 1999 Parliament censured Kutesa for conflict of interest and 6 counts of abuse of office. That stolen lucrative public asset is still fraudulently owned and possessed by Sam Kutesa and some of his colleagues, who conspired to defraud Ugandans.
