CMI tracks Besigye, Mande, Kyakabale (Part II)

To establish UPDF commanders from northern region who are deployed along Uganda - Rwanda border.

To find out the strength and locations of all UPDF deployments along Uganda-Rwanda border.

To look for recruits to send and get the price quotations of a Nissan Sahara Pick-Up so that it can be bought for him for purposes of ferrying recruits to Rwanda.

He was tasked to look for Dr Mutabaazi of Kabale to fund him.

The source has noted an increase in the transportation of maize and maize grain to Rwanda especially via Kyanika and are offloaded at Kidaho inside Rwanda in homes which were abandoned following Interahamwe attacks.

We are trying to find out what is happening in that area.

The two renegade officers are using two (land cruiser) motor vehicles in Rutshuru and Goma areas where they could be having, training camps and are seen by timber sellers whom we are going to use . These training camps were initially in Rwanda before they were shifted to Congo in Rwanda controlled areas.

A source who has lived in exile for more than 10 years and has always been in touch with dissidents fighting the government claims that Dr Besiqve  has intentions to merge with ADF network in Kenya e.g  he has already met and discussed with Swalleh Magunda.

Dr Besi’gye has been soliciting support from Ugandans living in exile especially Europe, America, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda to fight Uganda government.

He has so far attracted positive response from the following: .
