Mwenda's article is rich on assertions without presenting verifiable facts to answer the above questions. Who saw/sees the soldiers grazing cattle? Whom did M7 meet informally in his night-wear, when, and why was the informality necessarily negative? What has the Vet Dr Byagagaire have to say about his work? etc etc etc. In short, what are the FACTS as opposed to what you want to believe? Without facts you do not inform, you spread rumours; and while the rumours may be sweet to the ear of the already converted, they are an abuse to the intelligence of those seeking to make an informed opinion. Lastly I don't see how you can qualitatively equate a bad investment like Tri-Star Apparels and the alleged embezzlement of Global Fund money for personal use.
