Good editorial. I tend to believe that in most things people who are aware of the risks, should be able to do what they want, and then live with the consequences. Recently however ugg stores, it's become clear that many pro football players have suffered and eventuall died from complications related brain injuries. This was being kept from the public and presumably from players. Players should know first hand what their sport can do to them. Talk to the sons and daughters of former pros who witnessed their dads live the last decades of their lives alone and in misery uggs outlet because of brain damage from previous injuries.

Most African Leaders start out nice and then come out of the closet. If Kagame does not manipulate the constitution to cling on to power, i will have much respect for him.
Time will tell.... - Moses

What dont you see? It aint a matter of favouratism but a comparison of two different countries that were at different levels of development in the past decade! What has happened is Uganda has spiraled downwords in every context while Rwanda has emerged from genocide and is pushing towords becoming athe most stable country in East Africa!
Karooro Okurut seems to share your view, the reason we shall forever compare the two countries
is the fact that we are trying to find ways to get out of this mess and be the country we once were.
And honestly speaking, we may have to borrow afew ideas from Rwanda. - joan

That PK is one of the 20th Century Military Strategists is absolutely TRUE, whether that is said by Generals or Corporals or Journalists. After-all what is being a Good General and winning Wars if you can not mature into a Politician who Wins the Peace? To me, it works both ways. Therefore, we can safely conclude that PK is one of the best Political Strategists of the 21 st Century since his vision overtook the last Century. It requres some analyst to also weigh the Generals' political agenda too. PK is simply Courageous, Humble and Visionary and this surpasses military strategy by far. Regards - FN Rurinda

FKB,
The first failure of Uganda was a confusion started by Kabaka Muteesa, all you see Kagame doing is copied from Dr Apollo Milton Obote's 1960s economic plans (May the President rest in peace). - Pyerarama Stewart

How come there are more women in the Rwandan parliament than in any other country in Africa. What has Kagames people done so that people find it acceptable to elect a woman in parliament or maybe even the next president than say in Uganda,Kenya or Tanzania for that matter.Maybe the women politicians should go to Rwanda to strategies so that in the next election the will be better representation. - Laula Nokrach

Pres Kagame is the best president African countries has ever had of. No comment on that unless if you don't have eyes to see how Rwanda is developing after the 1994 genocide ! This is encouraging. In Rwanda they co-ordinate, maintain and evaluate the activities of government, ensuring that they accord with political, social and economic objectives. Every thing is effective, transparent and results oriented. I argue investors to invest in that country given that the country has a stable vision. Long live Pres Kagame and all Rwandans ! Continue to be die-hards for your survival since non on the part of the world will come for your rescue when things fall apart. Kinox- Kampala - Kinox

lets give credit where its due. Kagame listens and acts ! No contention about it. And thats what distinguishes Kagame from our own M7. expect Andrew to write about M7. The latter believes he is the only one with a 'vision', you expect him to take advice from advisors? As long as this goes on, rwanda shall always prosper. - Teban

Yes, Andrew your paper favours Kagame regime, no question about it. But I think this is so interesting. It is true, Kagame is so extraordinary. Rwandans need to pray that he remains the same and better and he gets a successor of the same kind. - Kenneth
