I wish our Ugandan leaders could read this. Unless Ugandan leaders in high positions of decision making for the Country put aside their selfish aims, we are not going to develop as a Country as expected. How come this did not become bigger news! It is the wisest public address held on Ugandan soil since the country's independence. Don't tell me this story was screened and not published in the other media sources, such as New Vision and Daily Monitor, which obviously is held tight by the government (Goldstein and Rotich 2008).
