			<description>Thanks Mr. Collier for these wise words. I wish our Ugandan leaders could read this.  Unless Ugandan leaders in high positions of decision making for the Country put aside their selfish aims, we are not going to develop as a Country as expected. We will keep lagging behind Countries like Rwanda which is now in the second world not third i understand!

			<description>I am shocked that this venue took place almost unnoticed. How come this did not become bigger news! It is the wisest public address held on Ugandan soil since the country's independence. Don't tell me this story was screened and not published in the other media sources, such as New Vision and Daily Monitor, which obviously is held tight by the government (Goldstein and Rotich 2008).

I pray Uganda does not enter into an era of rent seeking behaviors and patronage.
