This Gentleman has guidelines in his profession much more in conformty with the cadres of the movement system of governance. This is the system that washed away the sins and injustice of the long suffering country of Uganda. The blood letting and killing fields of the 1966 up to 1986 seem not to have any concern for the judiciary he leads.
