They also need to be sober & realisitic especially if they also pay & consume the power other wise the UMEME guys & their sevice is so archaic wth very poor PR. The billing is the most confusing & hurting. This leads to theft of power due to frustration. Am sure every power consumer knows those who steal power in their own neighbourhood.
