The country of Uganda seems to be matching backwards other than forward in good international governance. It seems that many of the national and international investors financial agreements that have been made will become absolete when a new government takes over the affairs of this State. No democratic government wants to take on the responsibility of looking after personal agreements made in the disguise of State agreements.
