The former works engineer, Mbarara, Byarugaba Silver, who was later promoted to head the weighbridges instead of being sucked for all the misdeeds to his country, is known to be Nasasira's accomplice. What did anyone expect? He was putting the weighbrige controllers at pressure to provide him with loads of fuel, cement for the school he is building at Buwanga, Rukungili and cash. Each weighbrige station had to meet their quota-- and ofcourse Nasasira would have his share. Who is he duping then? Byarugaba has used govt machinery to dig valley dams in his and Nasasira's ranches, stole govt generator and caused the death of one driver of a grader while on his private work using govt resources.
