I believe no body has been invited to care for RWANDA coz we are able to care for ourselves, so that shd not raise any body's concern, you included. This has been demonstrated to who ever cares to know. For the skeletons, thats an unfortunate past (for most of Africa mark u, including luweero, Katonga, Gulu name it) that should not tie us to the past. As for the issue of whether any body matters on international stage or not does seem to be an issue that preoccupies you more than it does on our side. We are not on a self promotion campaign because we are not for sale. What u are reacting to is just an independent assesment made by your own countryman i suppose.
Best of luck. - kagabo
