M7 is not a true native son of the soil (Uganda) – he may be Rwandese therefore is not patriotic for Uganda. He probably would rule Rwanda with equal passion. M7 acts like a thief who steals a car and drives it to the fullest well knowing one day it will all be taken away. Uganda nurtured all these Rwandese- giving them free university education and heath care for those who had brains. The thanks we got was their participation in the murder of civilians during the Luwero bush war. After they overthrew the Government, they actively participated in the rampant loot of Uganda wealth – the Uganda Fish Net, Cooperative Bank, UDC companies etc. When they had their fill, they took our (Uganda) military hardware to use in the Rwanda overthrow of the government. How much of the looted Uganda wealth is being stashed in Rwanda or abroad via Rwanda.
