Indeed assigning unique client ID is one of the major components in this project. And we have come up with accessible solution, so that poor Ugandans can have their unique IDs as well. Uganda's development and take off has been hindered by the simple failure of population identification. Amongest all the projects uganda has handled, though many failed, why not issue Ugandans a NATIONAL IDENTITY. We have been denied identity and this is why we have no right to access such great opportunities. Many African Countries can identify their citizens, but, only uganda.
