			<description>What a fallacy..... Actually, buoyant prices of commodities in Africa (what the analysts term a 'resurgence' or 'commodity revival') are the single biggest impediment to any meaningful advances towards value addition. High commodity prices kill the incentive regime to transform commodities into diversified derivative value added products. For the majority of folks, its hard to see why we are all not better off when commodities 'surge', but for a few, its easy to see that we are all worse off if we keep hemorrhaging value through being primary produce suppliers... 			<description>with agricultural sector neglected  and useless ministers  wasting time , Uganda will never prosper , that feke ecomony in Kampala does not reflect  the real situation in Uganda  because its among thieves who feast on stolen public funds ,Ugandans are for exploitation as the NRM believes  , ignore everything now lets us see what we can get from OIL  , Bunyoro  sleep my friend  too , it hard  in a country where even having a toilet is  now a luxury reserved for pseudo elite Party functionaries from the bush , merry xmas  Andrew and the buddies
