Truth is in the middle

Take good points from both views and get your truth from the middle.

Western ideals and morals are good in reining corruptions in Africa but also keep Africa in abject poverty in over 50 years. With China as a choice, Africa have an alternative means to fiance. China fill the role of infrastructure development in which Western nations have been reluctant in doing. They volunteer literally to do such things in conflict ridden countries and harsh environments. They do it with "no strings attached" which doesn't help corruption and democracy at all but helps the poor in a more physical way. - Peter
